After years of training at a high level in Netball, I found myself lost within the gym with no direction from coaches once I quit. I spent many years walking into a gym with no program, jumping on a few random machines, which led to not seeing results.
I went from one extreme to another, with an all or nothing mindset leading to yo – yo dieting constantly. Fast forward to now I feel as though I have a great relationship with training and food.
This enables me to help my clients to do the same, taking the guess work out of it for you. Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced gym goer, I want to help you take your training to the NEXT level.

I am here to guide your journey, hold you accountable and educate you so you are able to stand on your own two feet long term. THIS IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE, not a ‘quick fix.’
Alongside my Myotherapy expertise I specialise in injury prevention and rehabilitation so if you are currently experiencing an injury I can accomodate for that and assist in the rehabilitation of that through training.
